From this study, we can deduce that the combination of these three different wavelengths resulted in effective size reduction for 100% of participants, all while avoiding any adverse effects. This strongly indicates that Low-Level Laser Therapy (LLLT) is a secure and efficient method for body contouring. It shows its ability to significantly reduce localized fat without causing any harm.
In another particular study, healthy young men and women underwent LLLT treatments and experienced noticeable improvements in their body shaping.
