Free shipping
- Free shipping is provided for all orders placed each time.
- Products that need to be exchanged within the warranty period also qualify for free shipping.
- If you need an expedited shipping service, you can contact us via email (official@scienlodic.com) in time after placing the order, and our customer service team will reply within working days (Monday to Friday).
Shipping address
- Our orders usually ship from our warehouse located in America via USPS.
- However, during periods of significant backorders, shipments may originate from our manufacturing facilities.
- Rest assured, tracking details will be promptly emailed to you once your order has been shipped.
Delivery Promise
- Our delivery promise is to do our best to ensure that you receive the items you have purchased as soon as possible within the guarantee period.
Estimated delivery
- America: 1-2 working days to process, 3-4 working days for delivery.
- Australia: 1-2 working days to process, 8-14 working days for delivery.
- Canada: 1-2 working days to process, 8-15 working days for delivery.
- New Zealand: 1-2 working days to process, 8-15 working days for delivery.
- Singapore: 1-2 working days to process, 5-8 working days for delivery.
- United Kingdom: 1-2 working days to process, 5-8 working days for delivery.
Orders are processed and shipped in the sequence they are received from our fulfillment centers, operating Monday through Friday. We do not deliver on Bank Holidays.
For international orders, shipment originates from our overseas facility and follows the same order processing sequence. International delivery times typically span 4 to 10 days.
Order Acceptance
- When purchasing higher-priced items like light panels using a credit card, it may be necessary to use a credit card that supports 3D Secure for payment. This is a measure implemented by banks to ensure the security of users' credit cards and payment transactions.
- All names and delivery addresses are subject to our customer identity and address verification checks. Our customer service may need additional address verifications. If we are unable to verify your address or identification, your order will be declined.
- Orders placed online are considered an offer of purchase and are subject to acceptance and availability. If the products ordered by the buyer are out of stock, we will promptly notify you and offer either an exchange or a refund.
International Shipment

International Orders (Delivered Duty Paid)
We ship international orders with all import taxes, customs duties, and related fees fully paid in advance. This means you will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery. - All prices shown at checkout include the total cost of your order—there are no hidden fees or surprise charges. You can shop with confidence knowing your order will arrive without delays or extra payments.

Cancel order
- Orders can be canceled before reaching processing status.
- Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it or recall the product while it's in transit. In such instances, the buyer must follow our 60-day refund policy after receiving the product to initiate a return and request a refund.
Missing Parcels
- If your parcel does not arrive within the expected time frame, please notify us as quickly as possible within 7 working days of the expected delivery date. Failure to do so affects our ability to trace the parcel and issue any refund/replacement due.
Exceptional Circumstances
- In certain unavoidable circumstances, such as traffic accidents, extreme weather conditions, or unforeseen technical problems e.g., postal strikes, we may be unable to fulfill your delivery by these terms. For such exceptions, we may require additional time and effort to fulfill the delivery. If this occurs, we will use our best efforts to deliver your order as soon as possible.
