Scienlodic offers a full 60-day trial for all products. During this trial period, customers can explore our products risk-free.
This return policy is limited to purchases from www.scienlodic.com. If you purchased your device from the Scienlodic brand through an authorized retailer, please contact them.
How to Return?
- If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return.
- We will respond quickly with return instructions. Email us at official@scienlodic.com and we’ll provide instructions to process your return.
- Please be aware that returns will not be accepted after the 60-day trial period has elapsed.
Return Package Conditions
- To ensure safe transit, we request that returns be packaged in their original packaging.
- Returns sent back opened or used will require a $15 restocking fee.
- A $15 restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
- To avoid this fee, please return the device unopened in its original vacuum-sealed packaging.
- Please return all accessories and components included. They must be in new condition. All returns received with damaged or missing components will be refuded and sent back to the sender.
- We reserve the right to reject/refuse the refund for items that do not fit these qualifications. If the items are sent to us outside of the time frame and/or not approved for return the customer will have to pay to have the items shipped back to them.
Return Shipping
- When we confirm that you meet the return requirements, we will take the initiative to contact you at the return address. All international returns are required to ship to our return center located in the U.S.
- Customers must retain tracking information to confirm delivery to Scienlodic.
Return cost
- If a buyer decides to return a product for personal reasons rather than due to a quality issue, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
- If a buyer encounters any quality issues with the product within 60 days (counted from the order placement date), we're here to assist you. Please reach out to us, providing clear pictures or videos that highlight the problem. We will find a suitable solution based on the specific circumstances.
Refund timeline
- Upon receiving the returned products at our warehouse, they undergo inspection. If no issues are found during the inspection, a refund will be processed.
- This inspection process may take 3-5 days from the time the package is received at our warehouse.
Other considerations
- Any orders returned without an authorization number and/or shipped to the wrong address will be the customer's responsibility.
- Please note that Scienlodic cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
- If an item is returned to us that is not authorized for return or refund, attempts will be made to contact the customer 3 times.
- Items won't be accepted for a return if we receive no response after 60 days.

The warranty is exclusively valid when the item is purchased directly from https://scienlodic.com/. It begins from the date of the original purchase order.
What does this warranty include?
The warranty covers problems caused by defects in the product, which make it unable to work properly when used normally during the warranty period.
What does this warranty not include?
The warranty doesn't include problems caused by negligence, improper maintenance, or changes to the product. It also doesn't cover theft or loss of the product.
What do you have to do?
To access warranty service, please reach out to us at official@scienlodic.com to identify the issue and find the best solution for you. You might need to provide evidence of any defects, so it's advisable to keep photos and videos of them.
What steps will we take to resolve the problems?
- Our team will review the photos or videos you submit. Depending on the specific problem with the product, we will either send it back to the warehouse for inspection and repair or provide a replacement.
- Scienlodic will cover the cost of replacing the products and any associated shipping expenses related to your request.
- We do not offer refunds for orders exceeding 60 days; only product exchanges are supported.
